I work on problems where strategy has to become something operational: a policy, a roadmap, a dashboard, a business requirement document, a product workflow, or a delivery system that other people can actually use.
This site is the public notebook for the parts of that work I can share: AI workflows, personal systems, charts, career strategy, market notes, and side projects that help me learn faster.
Current focus
Build a repeatable publishing loop around the 07:00-09:00 block: one quarterly quest, sharper writing, better charts, and short-form experiments that turn private thinking into feedback.
